Easy communication, good deal on the book, fast shipping. One layer of bubble wrap and an oversized plain paper mailer is a no go for me though. $100 book and paid $6 for shipping. It should have been mailed in a box, I certainly paid for it. Arrived with no damage, so got lucky this time. Due to no damage, a hesitant, positive review for above.
