I bought this book as I am beginning my own weight lose journey and I love Pauline Quirke as an actress. I liked the honesty in her writing and sometimes I thought she was actually writing about me it hit so close to home. It is good to know that other people feel and see things the way I do and that I'm not crazy!!! I was a bit disappointed with the lack of writing about the day to day struggle she had with food and her feelings each day but, over all, it was a good book, a good laugh and encouragement to never give up.I bought this book as I am beginning my own weight lose journey and I love Pauline Quirke as an actress. I liked the honesty in her writing and sometimes I thought she was actually writing about me it hit so close to home. It is good to know that other people feel and see things the way I do and that I'm not crazy!!!
