A comic and philosopher in one.
Some of the best comics (Lenny Bruce) and storytellers (Gene Shepard) are commentators on the human condition. George Carlin was one of the best. My favorite routine of his was the one on "Stuff" and how we collect far too much of it (who can't relate to that!). (Contrary to popular belief, a 'commentator ' is NOT your average potato!).

Well I knew Patrick .... George's brother....he used to make me laugh so hard I could hardly breathe. Some of this is a little dated....walkman's !! They really must of been quite the pair when they were kids!! RIP

I bought this book because i`m mr Curling`s big fan.I like the way he had thought and how he had expressed himself.I saw all his TV shows and i have been admiring about hes sense of humour and freedom of his mind.I like it because it helps me improving my english especial american also it has got his autograph in it.This makes it more valuable.It became real with Ebay`s help.Thank you Ebay)

Thought provoking side splitting fun
I bought this first edition to keep one of the greatest comedians alive in my heart for all time. I dont agree with all but I have had many of the same thoughts I always enjoyed his performances and this attempt at a book brighetened my day.
