Items in worse condition than described (and photographs avoided showing significant issues - e.g. one book had ink stains all over its lower edge, another arrived minus one of the pages shown in the photograph, a third had a split spine). The books weren't posted until 2 days after published last date of delivery, and packaging was poor and left them vulnerable to more damage. Seller communication vague - no response about whether they had actually been posted (still shows as not dispatched).
