Connery solves a murder.
A fun if only functional whodunnit which benefits from some fantastic casting choices. Very nineties but I have fond memories of it from its premiere on sky TV back in the day

The trials of JOBE
Ed Harris, in his best performance ever as the crazy inmate set to turn Sean Connerys’ world on its head, leads an all star cast in to the murky depths of murder in the backwaters of Mississippi. I love this film - even tho it’s not the best story in the world some of the acting is amazing, the characters back stories are involved and the twists and turn of whose the bad guy keeps you going almost until the end. A great watch in my eyes...Ed Harris, in his best performance ever as the crazy inmate set to turn Sean Connerys’ world on its head, leads an all star cast in to the murky depths of murder in the backwaters of Mississippi. This is a film that was made a long time ago , its a great storyline and is worth buying and watching,it as some great actors in the film and you can really feel the actors emotion. A+ film.
