    Works if you want it to

    If you stay focused on what the paper tells you to do, you can loose the weight. I'm down 12lbs. in a week and half. Haven't had problems at all. You just have to really want it. Don't forget your vitamins. Can't wait until I'm down 40!!!

    Non HCG drops.

    I used these non HCG drops as recommended, along with the 500 Cal diet for hcg to loose weight, one week later and I have not lost a pound. With HCG drops I would have already lost 7 to 10 pounds by now, so I'm not happy wroth these drops. They help supressed hunger but that's all. I don't over eat, so I don't need a hunger supresent, I need a weightless supplement to help loose weight.

    Product good, bottle is terrible

    Product itself is great. But the bottle they deliver it in is so difficult to open (each time) that it becomes utterly frustrating to use. Terrible design I guess.

    Reach your goal

    You must have your mental game on point when starting this protocol. Yes, you do feed yourself for the first two days and the days that follow will be a challenge. I had my food ready, my teas and such set up prior. Follow the instructions, otherwise you can expect what you have put into it.
