No instructions included which made it extremely difficult to secure in the correct position. When they were fixed in place, they wouldn't even hold the door up as there is only a spring on one side. Surely it should be sold with both hinges having spring's and a dimensional drawing to make fitting easier. Don't buy these hinges

The bracket itself isn’t a bad design, however the one that arrived had excessive amounts of play in the rivet joints and was not acceptable for a kitchen cupboard. It’s described as heavy duty, this is more aimed at the build quality I’d imagine as it was not strong enough to hold the 400mm door I had it attached to.

Great exactly what I wanted. But hard to fit wish you had a ‘Gummy Man Video’ to show how had to fix them to the doors. Had to unscrew the door sides 3 times before I got it right – took HOURS and it is still not right as it is important to fix it to the unit right to the top of the unit otherwise you, in my case cannot open the microwave door, situated below without opening the unit door – it’s a real pain!

Despite only having one sprung hinge the spring is certainly heavy duty, at least for an over cooker cupboard as in our case, large doors would need both hinges to be sprung. Use substantial screws , i used 3 on the spring side as door MDF, For the price a decent hinge.

Sadly I have not found a way to fit them as they are too deep for the rim of my cabinet. They are strong and would be fine if they were being fitted onto a flat wall.
