Don't wait to discover too late that your car manufacturer has ripped you off by providing you with no spare wheel, and nothing but an aerosol kit that doesn't work, leaving you stranded when you get a puncture. Think ahead: get a spare wheel/tyre and a decent jack and keep them in the boot. Keep it all nice and neat, clean and tidy with one of these excellent wheel covers, made in a huge range of sizes to fit your spare wheel. Ours was custom-made to fit an emergency spare, which it does snugly but not too tight. Very good investment.

This is well made and ideal for consolidating storage of all the other bric a brac items that usually float around in the spare wheel well and boot area.. Only criticism is that it could do with the option of having small hole central to one side so that the retaking wheel bolt can still be used... Ihad to cut a small but crude hole to allow this.

On delivery I really thought this was going to be too small for the wheel. It fits perfectly. It did prove a little fiddly to get on, but a little practice should make it easier and I won't be doing it every day. Product feels well made for the price and just the little detailong, red piping, makes it look quite smart. All in all very happy with the product.

Appears nice material, providing good protection to your car from a dirty wheel. However, when fitting a wheel and tyre of the size I ordered, it was very difficult to fit the wheel assembly into the cover, even though it was a brand new wheel and tyre. It took nearly 10 minutes of pulling and tugging and easing it it, finally the zip closed after several minutes easing it round, leaving a tightly-bound package. I can't imagine how impossible this would be at the roadside, with a dirty wheel and tyre to pack inside the cover. And although the material appears strong, the first time I picked the cover (with the wheel/tyre inside it) up by the loop strap, the stitching holding the loop strap to the cover split. Otherwise it is a nice package, just small for the size (suggest you ask for the next size up form the one they say for your wheel/tyre) and don't expect the strap to lift it.Read full review

Removing my spare wheel and housing bracket from the rear underside of my caravan due to lack of ground clearance in some situations. This meant that i needed a convenient way of handling the spare wheel and then storing it either in the back of my car or inside the caravan whilst travelling. This product has met the requirements of easy handling and moving without me or the vehicles getting dirty. It also looks smart.
