If you want to return goods to us, please contact us first.
Please do so upon receipt of the goods in order to make any claim for refund, exchange, goods damaged in transit or faulty goods.
In case your product is damaged in transit to you , or in case we supplied the wrong part then please accept our apologies. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will dispatch a replacement to you free of charge, or give you a full refund, depending on your preference.
If you require an exchange because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part by accident then you are responsible for all additional postage costs incurred by us in the exchange. We will advise upon these costs when you contact us.
If you require a refund for your purchase where the supplied product is correct, in line with our detailed description, but it does not suit your application we will make a refund minus the initial postage cost.
Please obtain a Post Office "Proof of Posting" receipt for all items that you return to us. We can only credit or exchange items after we receive them.
If any item gets lost in the post on their way to us you will need to claim for its loss through the Post Office with your Proof of Posting.
In such a case we will not compensate because the Post Office will credit you in full for the cost of the item that they lost in transit.
 
Electrical Goods:
We will not compensate for failed electrical goods where the wiring has been modified by you or a third party after you received the goods from us.
e.g. starter relays, regulator rectifiers, generator stators etc.
