Not as nice as pictures and they were bent double and squashed into a small plastic bag so I wanted to return them. Seller said I didn't need to return them and still receive a refund but I have only received £1.99 instead of just under£10 I paid! I am 80yrs old and found the return process complicated as each flower had to be photographed and I kept getting mixed up with what I had done, however I sent a photo of how I received them.

Mir wurden nicht die bestellten, dunkelblauen Lilien geliefert, sondern hellblau/ türkisblau mit dickem, weißem Rand. Nach etwas Hin- und Her bekam ich jedoch den Kaufpreis voll erstattet. Schade finde ich aber, dass ich die bestellten Blumen nun nicht erhalte. Der Verkäufer bietet diese weiterhin in seinem Shop an, äußert sich mir gegenüber aber nicht, ob er den abgebildeten und beschriebenen Artikel überhaupt hat und mir nur versehentlich einen falschen geschickt hat.
