1.Ordering
AIM Tools makes every effort to provide full and accurate information on its listings of all goods offered for sale. The information is the same as that given to us by the manufacturer.

2.Shipping Cost
For most items, the shipping cost is indicated on the listing. However, for some locations, and for certain type of items (such as heavy/bulky items), we reserve the right to request an additional shipping surcharge.

4.Payment
All of our goods are offered to you on an immediate payment basis. Your payment is due to us before we dispatch your goods and we accept Paypal and most credit/debit cards.
 
5.Delivery
Postage listed in Ebay maybe limited to specific geographic location within UK,Europe etc. For example, we may not able to deliver certain products to remoted areas in UK like Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland unless extra postage is paid. Countries like Greece, Cyprus, Norway, Iceland etc will also need extra charges . You will be contacted by our customer service team if you need to pay extra postage to deliver the products or refund the order.
Our standard delivery is handled by national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within estimated time listed in Ebay.

6.Availability
We aim to keep sufficient stock levels on hand. However, at times of unexpected high demand we may unfortunately run out of particular items. You will be contacted for cancellation and full refund or delay dispatch according to your preference.
 
 
8.Order Change Or Cancellation
We are able to change, cancel and refund your order before processing upon email request only. Notes on order will not be accepted.
However, these requests will not be successful once your order is processed by our team even your order status show as undispatched. You can follow our return process through eBay if you wish to return the goods for full refund. Return postage will be on your account.
 
9. 30 Days Refund
We will refund or offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the returning products are properly packed, so it will not be damaged in the transit. You will be responsible for the cost of returning. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning the products.
 
10. 12 Month Guarantee
Within 12 month period of placing the order, you may return the item to us for repair or replacement. If upon inspection it is determined the fault is due to misuse or wear and tear, this will not be covered by the guarantee, and you will be liable to repair cost or replacement parts, as well as shipping costs

    Brilliant bit of kit - save cash support the little brand.

    Really well constructed for the money. You could pay a lot more - however model is nice in the hand. Lots of reviews are negative - You can be really really picky about things but then you need to adjust and say ' This cost just of £30' It is clearly similar to another brand(MAK).... and fittings apparently same size for bases etc. Tried some letter writing and now making a perspex base with handles for it to help with this. Rounding over is a breeze now as sits in hand so nicely unlike getting my other full size router out - which is just too big. TBH haven't used it for a while so hence the Katsu...... There are loads of accessories for it also at a reasonable price as well. Tilt base / Plunge base AIMTools have spares for it too, so should anything happen there is a level of ...

    Decent hand held router.

    Very sturdy and seems well made. The plastic see through attachment is flimsy and not easy to take on and off and the plastic retaining lug broke on first use. This also gets covered in dust so you can not see the router blade.

    A quality tool.

    The quality is good. The design is good. It functions extremely well. This palm router has an ease of adjustment and is secured very quickly. The bit change is helped by the securing pin on the shaft base, making it a simple procedure to change the cutters. The variable speed is a good idea it removes the jerk when it's starting up. Good value for the money. Comparison with another similar well known brand shows they not too dissimilar. An asset to anyone who works with wood.

    Cracking piece of Equipment

    So seen a lot of complaints about this router and personally i find it great value for money. I am a carpenter to trade and specialise in custom designed and made LED Lighting systems amongst many other things. I generally only but Makita or Dewault power tools as they are reliable and last for a long time. I had to travel to Asia on a job and with 50Hz in UK and 60Hz electric where i was going this was a big issue for me as my main Routers just wont work out there properly. The rest of my power tools are all Lithium Battery powered and not an issue. So I bought this Unit along with the Plunge base, gave it a quick try out and was surprised with the the build quality, It is not to heavy nor to light. In Asia i used it for machining 12mm and 18mm MDF and had no issues with it at all. To ...

    Katsu router trimmer

    This router is excellent value for money it has variable speed motor and interchangeable bases. But best of all the parts from a better known brand fit this which makes this a must have trimmer for the money you pay. Used this on a couple of projects works just as well as my other more expensive big brand router will be looking to buy a second as a spare back up they are that cheap. The build quality is good feels good to hold its heavy in all the right places if you know what I mean, comfortable to hold. Down side only comes with one cheap looking spanner which is not a problem if you have a spanner set to hand or just buy a second one but that's it for the money this thing cost went out and bought the tilt base from same maker cost me £16 had to buy the offset base from another big ...
