Great Item, Communication and Service. This is my 2nd plate purchased. The 1st plate ran in car for a year without the EML coming on. The EML then came on as the plate had started to block with carbon. I removed it and cleaned it but due to being impatient I purchased another plate as the EML stayed on after cleaning, however, the EML has now gone out after cleaning so keeping this 2nd purchase as a backup. Buy with confidence.
