The book came with a very bad bend. I asked for a refund but was told to return it instead. I explained that the cost of the book plus shipping doesn’t equal the hassle of returning it. Seller still refused to refund. I would not buy any books from this seller

I offered to send a pre-paid return shipping label allowing him to simply put the item in his mail box, and once the item was returned to me, I would issue a 100% refund. This was "too much trouble" for him. While I am sorry the book was damaged, I really don't know what more I could have done.
