1) ALL OUR SHIPPING IS EITHER VIA ROYAL MAIL (3-5 DAYS WORKING DAYS DELIVERY) OR 24 HOUR COURIER (1-2 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY) DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT ON AN ITEM.

18) WE WILL ADVISE THE CUSTOMER OF THE RETURNS PROCEDURE TO ALLOW US TO TEST THE ITEM FOR THE SUSPECTED FAULT.
19) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO BE TESTED AS PART OF A WARRANTY CLAIM.

    Yuasa reliability

    We fitted the Yuasa NP2.8 12 volt amp hour as a replacement for our failed rechargeable alarm box battery, which had "dried out " as this type of power cell will do at the end of its life cycle. As with other products a recognised brand name is always recommended as cheaper substitutes cannot be approved and I have used Yuasa previously and always been delighted with the build quality and serviceable life. Gladly recommend for sheer value and reliability.

    Good quality and great value can be partners.

    I have not recommended this battery only because I have a policy of not making recommendations on anything. This battery is a quality product from a long established and trusted battery manufacturer at an extremely competitive price. In fact it was less than half the price of many of it's competitors. I would not hesitate to purchase again but wouldn't expect to need to.

    Yuasa 12v alarm battery, long lasting.

    The product came quickly and the price was reasonable. As to the quality of this product only time will time. It replaced a battery of the same manufacturer and voltage etc therefore should be same quantity. This previous battery lasted 28 years without any problems, hopefully this one will outlast me.

    Good quality but with different terminal positions to the original

    It seems to work satisfactorily, the only problem was that the terminals are in a slightly different position to the old battery so it did not fit in the UPS that I bought it for. I therefore had to solder wires on to the connections in the UPS with push fit terminals so as to make the connections with the battery
