Communication could be better and less demeaning. All the responses were automated and when I asked a couple questions, I received snarky responses… uncalled for in my opinion. But at the end of the day, price was fair, they fixed my board and my TV works again! Shipping was timely. Would use again. If you’re on the fence, they are legit. All 5 stars but communication.

I filled out a form sent board and parts . was advised board was fine no problems found. seller was very honest did not try to sell service not needed. and also gave some credit for parts I purchased from them earlier.
