1) ALL OUR SHIPPING IS EITHER VIA ROYAL MAIL (3-5 DAYS WORKING DAYS DELIVERY) OR 24 HOUR COURIER (1-2 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY) DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT ON AN ITEM.
2) WE SHIP ONLY TO THE ADDRESS SUPPLIED BY PAYPAL
3) ALL FAULTY ITEMS ON DELIVERY MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT BY A DELIVERY METHOD THAT IS TRACKABLE IN CASE OF LOST ITEM

17) IF THE CUSTOMER SUSPECTS THE ITEM IS FAULTY THEY MUST FIRST CONTACT US.
18) WE WILL ADVISE THE CUSTOMER OF THE RETURNS PROCEDURE TO ALLOW US TO TEST THE ITEM FOR THE SUSPECTED FAULT.
19) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO BE TESTED AS PART OF A WARRANTY CLAIM.
20) IN THE EVEN THAT THE ITEM IS FAULTY WE WILL REFUND THE RETURN COST PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT BATTERY.

    Great replacement for my Garage Alarm.

    I didn't realise my old backup battery had gone short and blown the fuses on the board. This was a great replacement which fitted perfectly and also came partially charge. It's not a huge capacity but sufficient for my garage alarm which only has a door contact and one PIR. Certainly recommended for compact panels like mine where battery space is limited. Great price too.

    Battery

    Arrived a day late but this could be due to the times we are in but I consider the packing to being slightly on the poor side as the battery was not in a box I think it could have done with thicker bubble wrap in the envelope.
