I purchased this set of phones for my second MagicJack line as the first line was having problems with the callerid and voice fading in and out. The voice caller id works intermittently, although I believe this to be due to the Magicjack rather then the phone itself. The earpiece works well, although I still experience some of the same problems as with my first line sometimes, again, I'm not sure if this is due to the phone or Magicjack line. The phone has nice features - equivalent to that of my AT&T phone. The quality is moderate to good. It is made in China, as is most of everything else these days. My old VTech phone worked great, which lead me to buying this phone and I can say it is worth the high price I paid for it, because of the convience of the speakerphone, earpiece, voice callerid, and other features. This is the BEST phone I've ever bought! It looks great! It sounds great! AMAZING price from the private Seller! And it's easy to use and operate! Added bonus is the ear piece! I love how easy it is to use and the speaker phone was one of the MAIN reasons I bought it!! And it is more than loud enough to hear from a couple of feet away! I don'r use the answering machine because my VOIP picks up my phone calls already! Another great feature is the little clear plastic guard that keeps the phone from falling out of the cradle of the handset! My last phone handset was ALWAYS FALLING OUT...very frustrating!! Great price for the money, but shop around before you commit to buy one that is really expensive, but that's just the Seller, NOT the actual cost of the phone! This is NOT a real expensive phone! I'm using this phone with Magic Jack Plus. It works great, easy to set up and especially like the speed dial and wireless headset. The menu options are easy to understand and use. I would recommend this cordless phone to anyone looking for a cordless phone with a wireless headset.
