    good replacement speakers

    2 of my original speakers in my 2005 citroen c4 hatchback were blown so i replaced all 4 with these alpine speakers, honestly they are OK but i found less bass with these then the originals, i have since installed a sub/amp. i will next time spend a bit more and get something a bit better. however for someone who just wants clear sound or to replace blown ones then these are perfect, just dont expect too much bass. otherwise very happy and the seller was excellent! im happy for now as i have another minibus i will replace those with a bit better or maybe the same as these, worth the money

    Mid-performance speakers

    It's not high-end audio but it's certainly an improvement on stock. Not really massive amounts of bass or anything, but definition has improved. Was pretty easy to install even though it didn't quite fit, so it took an hour rather than 20 minutes, with a bit of trimming and squeezing, and some additional screws.

    Alpine SXE-1725S

    I bought these to upgrade the door speakers in my 2007 Honda CR-V, since the originals had stopped working due to rusted terminals (an uncharacteristic Honda flaw!). The sound quality is significantly better, with improved performance, across the range. Custom adapters are required to mount the speakers. Finding (and waiting for) these was the most challenging part of the exercise!
