Chairs are lovely and comfortable. A few marks and scratches on base and the arms are fiddly to put on but overall a good product. Customer care helpful when asking about delivery times. Would’ve been handy to have measurements for height of arms as we bought unaware and had to lift height of our desk to allow the chair to push under the desk when not using and the standard height of the desk was too low to allow that. lovely look and comfortable.

Generally OK, but not excellent. The chair arrived, it went together reasonably easily; I'm sitting on it now, and it's supportive and comfortable enough for extended sitting. Now, the not-so-great: the order confirmation read like they expected problems and were pre-empting with a bunch of ass-covering nonsense, which didn't build confidence. Then, the courier advised that a signature would be needed, so I waited in all day. The parcel finally arrived after 6pm, and they only took a pic. Hmph!
