Engraving
1. Prices on engraving, and inscriptions are calculated by job or by alpha numeric characters and all punctuation including: full stops, slashes, commas etc.This site uses java script to count engraving characters so that it can charge accordingly, 20 plus characters is chargeable in some cases if java script is disabled on you device and unless we are in a free engraving offer period then engraving will be charged at the going rate at time of order, after your order has been placed, payment will be due before the order will be for filled.
2. Engraving may differ in layout or font from what you may choose or have the option of choosing to fit specific items. We will always Endeavour to use the layout requested, but due to size constraints we may have to modify the requested layout.
3. Bulk buying discount are unavailable on personalised or engraved items please contact us
4. Engraving of tankards will be completed with the handle to the right and hip flasks will be engraved on the front unless you state otherwise. If you would like these engraved differently please include this in your engraving notes.
5. Engraved pictures displayed on our products are not included unless specified by us.
6. All engravings and centre discs may arrive requiring self-assembly to the item. All items where this applies will be provided with self-adhesive parts require only very minor self-assembly.

I am really really happy with the quality and personalisation on these chopsticks. Exactly what I wanted, thank you so much for accommodating my request as well with the little heart. My ONLY criticism is the packaging, parcel arrived with the ends of the sticks poking out the bag so they are a little scuffed sadly. Maybe some bubble wrap or padded envelope next time 🙂 would order again, I do recommend this seller.
