I got in touch with this them explaining the issue and asked them to send an empty tub as most of the powder was salvageable. Instead they wasted no time sending me another full tub. I bought this cleaner as I was fed up with scrubbing my garden flags with bleach as for some reason they keep going a greeny colour & it looked very unsightly. So I tried this a bit apprehensively, I got a spray bottle & off I went, weather wise was perfect, gave everywhere a good spray & hoped it would work, later on I could see this was working, the following day there was one very small spot that hadn’t quite cleared & that was only because that was where the rain gathered in the corner, so another quick spray that got rid of it. Very effective mosskiller
Used on extensive area of Tegula concrete block paving which is highly prone to moss in winter. All green gone after a few days just spray in dry weather and leave. Used at slightly more than recommended dilution and very happy with results. Good price too!
