Great replacement part for the Dell T-3500!
One of the fans on my Dell T3500 has been throwing errors for about a year now, and I took the side cover off and disabled the fan monitor in the BIOS. Recently, the fan started thrumming and squealing and I knew the time had come. I found this replacement fan assembly and purchased it. It arrived promptly and I tore down the workstation to replace it. While it was apart, it was thoroughly cleaned and all the plug-in cards reset.
