Very pleased with the Power Yoga Total Body. Flowing no interuption and a feeling of calm and achievement at the end remembering to relax and only go as far as your body tells you through the movements. Unlike a number of yoga video's I have invested in in the past this to say the least is far the best. The movements are not to of a level that a new comer to the exercise is not able to achieve as long as they understand that yoga is about going at thier own pace and feeling good at the end of it. Like any exercise it is always best to watch a class/DVD etc a few times so that you position yourself correctly and helps you to get the most out of the teaching. I highly recommend this DVD to anyone and to remember Rome wasn't built in a day.
The dvd offers a balance between relaxation and fitness, leaving the practitioner feeling energised, but equally as though they have had a good workout. Rodney Yee expertly demonstrates the correct method of performing yoga, ensuring that the workout is both effective and safe.
great DVD !! The course is amazing and for everyone who loves yoga and wants to enjoy it for about 60 min! All series of poses are shown correctly and in very easy way to learn.
Beautiful outdoor setting. No gimmicks just flowing, deceptively demanding poses. Watch through before starting dvd. No impossible moves but not for absolute beginners. Music relaxing.
Very tough but huge amounts of fun to try and master. This guy is a world leader and if you want to learn this kind of Yoga probaly best to start with something a little less demanding and then move up to this - excellent.
