After contacting the seller by phone, the representative was unhelpful and rude, directing me to email them instead. I followed up as instructed, and their response was vague, stating they would "look into it." Since then, I have contacted them three times and have received no follow-up or resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

    The item was received in the described condition in a short amount of time. The FFU works perfectly. The item was packed very well and put on a pallet. Freight was expensive but it arrived on a freight truck with no damage and it would have probably cost me more in fuel to drive down to SoCal myself to pick it up. Would definitely buy from these guys again. Great communication.
