"Repadded by professionals" are words in the actual sax description. I received the sax and a pad stuck badly, not a little. They absolutely refused to refund enough to get it fixed or accept a return. They said the pad stuck because water got in during shipping, which is absurd. The seller insulted me and was rude and belittling and is mentally unbalanced in my opinion. He knows the ebay system. You will have to elevate it to your credit card company if this dishonest seller defrauds you.
