Good communication.Well packed tho corners of the box could do with some extra padding to avoid crushing effects when handled as some of the corners of the truck containing box are crumpled (not much however it is visible) Everything else appears in order. Truck motor is plastic & lacks any real detail which is disappointing. Rims are plastic & tyres rubber. Trucks front 4 set of wheels turn as does the trailers front pairing the very rear set is rigid .Happy with purchase
