I have been a steady knee brace user (at work) for 20+ years and I know what works for me and what I find uncomfortable ! There's a "money back" guarantee but you have to pay for the return shipping with no reimbursement ; so I would've ended up getting back about $4 all said and done. And that is IF their return department accepts it ! So I will just throw it on the pile of other useless s**t I have purchased over the years

The item I purchased was several days overdue when I first contacted them through Ebay. I did receive an answer but it was a form type response.
