The nice strip of elastic waistband across the entire front makes the fit flexible, and it doesn't bind or pinch. The fabric is comfortable on the skin, and I'm sure it will only get softer after I wash it. While the waist and legs are snug to prevent leakage, there is plenty of room in the center of garment to add a cloth or disposable pad for extra absorption if needed. Great product, highly recommended.
