    Not the same!

    I am disappointed that the F.D. no longer has the screw mechanism, thereby making one have to take apart the chain, causing even more expense to repair. I have no ups or downs in it only that I could not install it myself properly and had to bring it to a bike shop. We will see what that expense brings. Note however this has nothing to do with the quality(although plastic and one adjustment is now gone), of the product as Shimano is aces FOR quality..ty

    Good value front derailleur
