The Pump was substantial with a metal spray pipe. The bottle arrived damaged but a replacement is being sent. The photo of the unopened damp and dented package was clear proof. I offered to accept a small refund to compensate the lost liquid, but as the bottle was still leaking, I accepted their counter offer of a new bottle. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Clearly the problem was with the shipper not themselves!!! Have yet to try the spray.

I got in touch with this them explaining the issue and asked them to send an empty tub as most of the powder was salvageable. Instead they wasted no time sending me another full tub. Cleaning up Brickwork and patio slabs
I have used this for some time. When the patio is starting to look dingy I choose a time when everything is wet after rain and little chance of sun. Get the sprayer out and put some of this stuff in it that looks about ¼ full then fill up with water. When spraying you can see where you have been by the small amount of froth. Some days later it looks a bit brighter. I remember the first time I used it and was disappointed that nothing 'happened'; it was a few days later that I noticed the difference. Don't let your bricks/slabs get too dinghy as this stuff is not 'magic'. I buy four at a time so always have some to use.I have used this for some time. Almost there
My flag stones are old and have a good spread of verdigris. After a week they were little different. I then used a water jet spray and they looked a great deal better. I think applying the product now will probably a good idea. Not impressed. I have a lot of area of patio and I bought 4 containers.

This is the third time I've bought this. Third because I've been happy with the way it performed, - until now. It has got rid of some of the algae, but has taken several applications. Some of it is just as green as before I used it. Don't know if they have changed the formula or not, but I won't be buying again or recommending to others.

I buy this product every year ... because it works. I have not karchered my flagged driveway or patio areas for ten years and yet my flags look as though they were karchered yesterday. I simply use the patio cleaner each Autumn and in Spring. In my case ten years ago I thoroughly cleaned and karchered as best I could my driveway. Then applied this product and let it get to work. Since then never have I needed to wash down or scrub my flags since. Before the bad weather arrives I apply the patio cleaner usually September or October and then again after the Winter months around April. More good news, it works on roof tiles, rockeries and fencing. Buy with confidence ... you won't regret it :-) I buy this product every year ... because it works.
