    The fan displayed wobble, runout and ova...

    The fan displayed wobble, runout and ovality when correctly installed. Welds on one side were finished in peaks that required grinding off, 'soot' from welding was not cleaned off. A couple of blades protruded slightly outside the flanges. Quite unsuitable for vehicle use, will be used in a steel artwork.
