Best investment. EVER.
A friend of mine recommended that I take Maca root to sooth my period cycle. I was due on for 2.5 weeks sometimes 3 and then I would have 17 days off. Then I’d be due on again. This makes it hard because we want to try for a baby and I would never know when I’m ovulating. I’ve been to see a gyno several times. The doctors have tried to put me medication and NOTHING HAS HELPED BALANCE MY HORMONES. Baring in mind, I believe this all started with when doctors put me on the combined pill and didn’t tell me of the terrible side effects. Only cons about this was the pain I was in. I had the worst cramps ever for 3 days. But my periods stopped after 6 days. And this is massive for me. I’ve told everyone about it.
