Seller sent the Wrong Color Headliner...TWICE!! , even though there was clear communication that the second one would be White...NOT Off-White. Purchaser had to incur additional costs for Duty and Taxes due to the Replacement Headliner not being identified by the Seller as a Replacement. Duty and taxes had to.be paid by the Purchaser...Twice due to the Seller's error in sending the incorrect Headliner in the first place. Poor attention to Customer orders and requests.

You received white initially and as the replacement, we are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the color of the white material. Our off white is more of a beige hue and much different than what you received. We believe in customer satisfaction and thought you were correct in saying we were at fault, now we have two additional White 57-58 Fairlanes in inventory.
