      Cannot use

      I have tried a eyeliner brush to apply and have tried other eyeliner applicators and none of them will work. The product just doesn’t coat the applicator so I can apply to my eyes. Wasn’t expensive so probably will not return. Everyone needs to see this review before making this selection.
