This is not the product that you think you'll be buying. The bottle with the red label is discontinued. The one sent is freely available in shops like Boots but tangles up my hair and does not brush out. I was so excited to get this again I ordered 10 bottles. You can imagine my disappointment to open the box and find this other stuff.

So you just decided to order 10 bottles of hair gel expecting it to be the same design from 5 years ago which was discontinued, and were shocked to find that the design had changed to the one that has been sold for the last 5 years and is freely available in the shops. Not that shocking if I am honest, mainly because any hair gel from 5 years ago would be expired and unusable. Still waiting on your return.....
