A must for every tackle box
I don't go anywhere with out at least one pair of these and if I'm pike fishing I take 3 . they come in for so many things from tying rigs to holding the very small hooks when I'm tying hook links, and just keeping hold of things when they are likely to get blown away

useful addition to tackle box
Out trout fishing yesterday and used these forceps for the first time. They perfect for removing trout flies from the fishes scissors. Small and light enough to go on a recoil unit attached to my jacket while being more than strong enough to deal with a hook with a good hold.

Idea for holding small items
Great for gripping small items. Medical condition has severely limited my dexterity and ataxia ( but like Parkinson’s tremors) stopped me doing simple tasks. These are great as the amount of pressure for holding things can be set and items are then held securely. I will be ordering more.

Safe removal
I purchased these for general unhooking of small to medium coarse fish and they fit that purpose very well and haven’t let me down.I would say that their to small if you were wanting to use them for unhooking pike and would therefore opt for a bigger size.
