on 3 occasion's since placing order i messaged seller and have had no response.
an international shipment for a bracelet was placed in a flimsy cardboard box and placed in a basic jiffy bag. The bag was badly damaged and the bracelet box was crushed and torn, the bracelet has minor damage. They state that all shipments are in jewellery boxes, this was not. Once they have your cash they ignore you, avoid this poor service buy elsewhere.
