The item, price and prompt service was excellent, only to be let down by Parcel Force who by default dropped the item off at a post office (10-mile round trip) not so far but I paid for delivery to my home. Parcel Force didn't bother leaving with a neighbour or try delivering the next day. Needed a signature but customer do have to go to work as well!!

Seller is fantastic with the communication and next day delivery. The item arrived as described. The only criticism is initially the remote did not work so I had to open the remote and level out the springs where the batteries are suppose to connect. Quick job done as remote is click to open and close. Since that the fan is fantastic.
