The low profile Megan Racing ramps are absolutely ingenious with their two piece design so you can remove the back half once the car is on the ramps to make space for a jack or jack stand. My only complaint is the ramps are not long enough for really low cars, so they don't serve their intended purpose. Or maybe my cars are just too low! But a longer ramp with a more gradual slope would be very helpful. That is on Megan though.

Just drive up, remove the back part, move a quick Jack or similar lift underneath the car, and lift it off the ground.
