Do not buy from this seller. The item wasn't suitable so I returned it. They have confirmed that they have received the item back but are saying that they cannot refund my payment as there is a case open with PayPal. I have sent confirmation to them from PayPal explaining that there is no open case & also explains to them how to raise the refund. They are now choosing to ignore my emails.

Buyer didn't close the case & it's still open (It is with his bank, lying that case was opened and closed with PayPal) As a seller we don't use PayPal anymore to accept the payments on eBay. We can't issue the refund while the case is open.
