Incorrect, you bought the item on Christmas eve & asked for the item to be sent out immediately, I said this wasn't possible but I would send it out on the 28th. this was just a load of messing about with messages & cancelling which could all of been avoided if you'd of ordered it in good time. Order cancelled, refund sent. I have 3 buildings full of stock & i'm more that considering dumping all the stock, too much stress dealing with these clowns. I have better things to do today, yes blocked.
