First listen of the new album from the Zutons, I was hooked. What a wonderful example of a band not afraid to express and use their influences. A little bit of everthing here to enjoy. Disturbingly good
The third studio album from The Zutons may not have matched the commercial success of the previous discs but is in no way disappointing to a fan. Catching and energetic tracks 'What's Your Problem?' and 'Always Right Behind You' contrast with the darker writings of 'Freak' and 'Family of Leeches'. This is album best enjoyed in its entirity with little distraction to appreciate the wonderful writing of Dave.The third studio album from The Zutons may not have matched the commercial success of the previous discs but is in no way disappointing to a fan. Anything You Can Do!
Particulary like the way their lead singer actually pronounces all the words to the songs, you can hear the story they tell, which is an unusual occurence these days. Tuneful, tap your fingers along with the songs. Great album, great band.
