I can only assume buyer was trying their luck and was hoping to receive the colours which are considerably more. We have offered to refund the buyer when they return the items? The listing has a picture of the tint brush as soon as you chose that from the drop down so I cannot see how you thought you would receive anything other than a tint brush.
