No chance you can lift it on your own. We were really struggling to take it upstairs as we live on second floor, no lift. The courier left the mattress next to the front door as I didn't pay £20 for the room of choice. What more I was waiting 10 days for delivery because I didn't pay £30 for fast delivery. Not sure what to think about additional costs...

Very comfortable to sleep on have given detailed to some friends that want to get one to . Was a delay on delivery as it was damaged and they came to me a week later . They let me know all the time what was happening. Thank you for your service. Would definitely use again.
