I had a defective ultraviolet lamp, but customer service IMMEDIATELY shipped me a new one free of charge. GREAT customer service. Fast shipping, and the protector itself seems very well made, and I ve already banged it around quite a bit working in my shop ...no scratches or marks and is adhering to the phone very well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had to pay a professional to remove it and the UV glue when it came time to install a conventional screen protector on my Note 10+. He told me there have been screens ruined by the UV glue removal process.
