Real girl with no real feelings
Mutya has a beautiful voice and all the reasons to become a sucesfull solo artist, not only a member of a girl band. But with her debut album, i'am a bit disappoitment. All the best tracks from the album was release as a singles, but all other on a album is very simmilar to each other ... The only track, that is worth to be as a 5th single, if "Just A Little Bit" and "B Boy Bay" was success, not a flop, is "Wonderfull" - easy, soul ballad. Album is not bad, but... should be must better! Sorry, Mutya, but this is not what fans was waiting for! Hope that 2nd album will be with more more good surprises...Mutya has a beautiful voice and all the reasons to become a sucesfull solo artist, not only a member of a girl band. Great Album
Mutya Mutya Mutya...in my opinion the one who shone the most out of all the Sugababes. I was dying to get this cd as some tracks she had put up on her myspace page and one in particular called "Suffer 4 Love" really had me hooked. Her voice is amazing and she has definitely delivered for her solo debut album in my opinion. My personal fave's are Paperbag, My Song, Suffer 4 Love, Real Girl, Song 4 Mutya ahhhh crap...more or less the whole album!Mutya Mutya Mutya...in my opinion the one who shone the most out of all the Sugababes. Mutya - Real Girl (CD 2007)
I Bought this CD because of the Sugababes, and Mutya's voice was always the strongest of the trio.The CD has some interesting Duets (Groove Armada,George Michael etc,) and they offer something different to just Mutya's voice. You get a good insight to where Mutya's musical tastes lie, which is firmly in the soul, r+b style. So if your looking for a Sugababes clone look elsewhere, but if you appreciate good music and fine vocals then buy it!.I Bought this CD because of the Sugababes, and Mutya's voice was always the strongest of the trio.The CD has some interesting Duets (Groove Armada,George Michael etc,) and they offer something different to just Mutya's voice. better than sugar babes!!
