When I contacted the seller they responded immediately and promptly shipped another which I had within a couple days. These filters are good for rental houses where tenants might be more likely to wash a filter than buy a replacement paper filter, protecting your furnace and ac investment. Also good for harder to find sizes. It's good with the feel of the material and not being too heavy and ofcourse being brand new you can't go wrong. The price with the shipping since I got two to save money one for using and one for cleaning in the mean time, it works. It looks great with the style compared to what I had earlier.
