Contacted seller mattress doesn’t puff up even after 48 hours it’s all wonky and springs you can feel it’s all saggy I’ve contacted seller and provided photos. I think the photos on the item are generic ones off the internet. They smell of the mattress was chemical like and me and my children now have really bad coughs and respiratory infections

The correct item was sent- you had ordered a memory spring mattress that was correctly made and sent out. We make the items in house brand new so it cant have a smell- the item is our own and not from the Internet. We have contacted you but have had no reply.
