This ebayer is lying in their description saying it’s soft close , well it’s not , when I received my toilet seat and it did not close softly I contacted them. It took an age for them to reply . They offered me not even a third of the price as a refund and also said there wash mistake in their advertisement and they would change it immediately. Guess what?? They have not and are still selling it as soft close. Avoid at all cost these items are cheap and rubbish and the seller lies !!

Not quite up to my expectations, given their photos (compare to my photos and see what you think).
It's not too much of an issue, and I'm not really complaining, but (a) the pictures showed the utensils with what looked like little rubber grips, which wasn't accurate, and (b) the draining spoon was shown with holes, which I specifically wanted, rather than long slots. They also feel more flimsy than I expected, meaning they very much do the job, but I don't expect them to last too long.
