Hopefully they’ll see this review and be more secure with their packaging. But nevertheless the books are all in perfect condition and that’s the main reason for my purchase so I’m still happy on that side and it hasn’t completely put me off using this seller.

The seller provided a Royal Mail 48hr tracking number which didn't update beyond the fact it had been created and that Royal Mail were awaiting my parcel. My 5 stars is due to the fact that the seller was very prompt in responding to my messages, and when I requested a refund after 7 days - having given up and bought the book elsewhere - I was given a full refund immediately. Stuff happens. I don't know where my parcel is, but the seller dealt with it :)
